            Rhubarb Pie


            Pastry -
            1 1/2 cups flour
            2 tbsp sugar
            1/2 cup marg.

            Make crumbly and put in pie plate,press up sides.
            Bake 350 (20-25min)

            Middle - Heat in pan
            1 1/4 cups sugar
            4 tbsp flour
            2/3 cup cream or milk
            5 cups chopped rhubarb
            Cook til soft.
            Add:
            4 beaten egg yolks.
            Pour in pie shell

            Top -
            Beat 4 egg whites
            1 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter,
            6 tbsp sugar
            Bake till light brown on top....


            This is one awesome rhubarb pie...not tart,completely
            different from your usual rhubarb pie.
