2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar,
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries or your choice

Sift flour and sugar together. Cut in butter(size of peas).
Measure 3/4 cup of mixture and keep for crumb topping.
Add:
B.P.,salt and egg yolks and 1 cup milk to remaining crumb
mixture in bowl. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. (not dry).
Fold gently into batter. Spread in greeased pan (9x13).
Arrange blueberries over batter. Sprinkle with reserved crumb
mixture. Bake 350 degree oven for 40-50 min.
Top with whipping cream or ice cream.
You can use any berries in this as all work equally as well.
